Pillar Construction completed the redevelopment of the former bd’s Mongolian Grill property at 3325 University Drive in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The site was transformed into University Plaza, an approximately 8,550-square-foot multi-tenant commercial center near Oakland University.
The project replaced a single-use restaurant property with adaptable tenant spaces and an outdoor seating area designed to accommodate a broader mix of businesses. Construction focused on creating a cohesive exterior presentation, practical tenant layouts and a commercial environment that fits naturally within the active University Drive corridor.
The finished development gives multiple businesses a modern, visible location while bringing renewed commercial use to a previously established restaurant site
