Pillar Construction completed the commercial restaurant build-out for Hummus & Garlic at 3183 Fort Street in Wyandotte, Michigan. The new location opened on September 14, 2026, bringing the brand’s made-to-order Mediterranean menu to the Downriver community.
The space was planned and constructed to support Hummus & Garlic’s fast-casual service model, including food preparation, ordering, pickup, and dine-in functions. The layout helps employees move efficiently through daily operations while providing guests with a welcoming environment for enjoying bowls, shawarma, salads, sandwiches, and other Mediterranean favorites.
This project also continues Pillar Construction’s partnership with Hummus & Garlic as the restaurant expands throughout the region. The completed Wyandotte location translates the brand’s established experience into a new market while maintaining the functionality, consistency, and polished presentation needed to support long-term growth.
