Pillar Construction completed the restaurant build-out for Dédo’s Deli on University Drive in Auburn Hills, Michigan, creating a welcoming neighborhood deli rooted in more than 30 years of family tradition.
The name “Dédo,” meaning grandfather in Macedonian, honors the family legacy behind the business. Owners Jackie and Bill Turner created the concept as a tribute to Jackie’s parents, who owned and operated Cityscape Deli in Bloomfield for 30 years.
